    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
    WB-Preliminary testing showed bands at approx 85+90kDa in Human Peripheral Blood Mononucleocytes lysate. The observed MW correspond to glycosylated forms, routinely observed by other sources. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
    IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the plasma membranes and nuclei of Jurkat and U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
    FC-A customer reported weak staining of Jurkat cells at a concentration of 10ug/ml.
