    WB-Approx 35kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HEK293. The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies :755-63.; PMID: 20007405). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. An anonymous customer found positive results in WB on Human recombinant protein.
