    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:4000.
    WB-Approx 23kDa band observed in Human, Mouse and Rat Heart lysates and approx. 20kDa in Pig Heart and Skeletal Muscle lysates. This molecular weight is routinely observed by other sources. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
    IHC-In paraffin embedded Human Skeletal Muscle shows peripheral staining of fibres. Recommended concentration, 3-5µg/ml.
