          Application Description
          ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
WB-Approx. 100kDa band observed in Mouse Heart, Human Brain, NIH3T3 and HeLa lysates. The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies :13691-6., PMID: 8662691). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Rat Heart and Brain, and Pig for this particular batch.
IHC-In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows textured staining in the cytoplasm of DCT cells. Recommended concentration: 3-6µg/ml. Paraffin embedded Human Testis and Uterus. Recommended concentration: 3.75µg/ml.
IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm and endoplasmic reticulum of NIH3T3 cells. Recommended concentration: 5µg/ml.Enzyme immunoassay: Sandwich-type ELISA with increasing amount of recombinant Calnexin captured by a rabbit antibody. Recommended reporter concentration: 1-2ug/ml
