    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
    WB-Approx 26kDa band observed in Human Brain, Kidney and Liver lysates. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing BDH2 a band of approx. 29kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Kidney. Recommended concentration: 5µg/ml.
