    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
    WB-Approx. 37kDa band observed in Human, Mouse, Rat and Pig Liver lysates. This molecular weight is routinely observed by other sources. Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
    IHC-In paraffin embedded Human Kidney shows preferential staining of PCT. Recommended concentration: 2-4µg/ml. Paraffin embedded Human Liver. Recommended concentration: 3.75µg/ml.
