    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
    WB-Approx 26kDa band observed in Human Liver and Kidney lysates. The observed molecular weight corresponds to the glycosylated form. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Adrenal Gland. Recommended concentration: 5µg/ml.
