    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
    WB-Approx 100kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates and approx 125kDa in lysates of cell lines Daudi, HeLa and Jurkat. The observed molecular weights correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies :3913-22; PMID: 20980382). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. Primary incubated for 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat for this particular batch.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Skin and Thyroid. Recommended concentration: 3.75µg/ml.
