      • Overview
        • Anaphylatoxin C3AR1 is a protein involved in complement system. Although mainly expressed in lymphoid tissues, it is also expressed in several differentiated hematopoietic cell lines, in the lung, spleen, ovary, placenta, small intestine, throughout the brain, heart and endothelial cells. This GPCR is the Receptor for the chemotactic and inflammatory peptide, stimulating chemotaxis, granule enzyme release and superoxide anion production.

          Includes:
ExpressMAX™ GPCR ORF Clones (Cat. No. – B)
          – Vector as transformed Bacteria in stab culture or a Glycerol Stock format.
Mammalian Transfection Kits (Cat. No. – PLUS)
          – 15 µg ExpressMAX™ Mammalian Expression Vector (1 mg/mL).
          – 0. 2 mL CANFAST™ Transfection Reagent.
