AAV12 Reference (Truly-empty) particles composed of the same viral proteins (VP1, VP2, and VP3) as regular AAV12 vectors but devoid of any genomic materials, which is different with AAV byproduct-empty particles. This AAV12 truly-empty particles are generated by using our mini-pHelper-AAV12 single-plasmid transfection. Background

AAV references (Truly-Empty) are produced by transfection of a single mini-pHelper-AAV plasmid with the corresponding serotypes. AAV references (Full) and AAV references (Byproduct-Empty) are generated using the AAVone system, with the corresponding pAAVone plasmids carrying a 2.8 kb AAV-CMV-SV40I-EGFP-WRRE-hGHpolyA genome. AAV reference materials are available for various serotypes, including AAV1, AAV2, AAV5, AAV6, AAV8, AAV9, AAV12, and AAVrh.74. AAV references with other serotypes and genomes are available upon request. Truly empty capsids devoid of any genomic materials.
