This product is suitable for use in prevention of band-shift (due to protein binding) or annealing of DNA during both agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The 6X Loading Dye with SDS contains 2 dyes; bromophenol blue and xylene cyanol FF to track DNA migration during electrophoresis.
