Operation:
· Place the centrifuge tube containing the mixture of magnetic beads to be separated and the target substance on the magnetic rack.
· Keep still for 1 minute until all the magnetic beads are drawn to the centrifuge tube wall.
· Carefully pour out the liquid or use a pipette to aspirate the liquid.
· Remove the reagent bottle from the magnetic rack and place it back on the table to complete the magnetic separation operation.
