  - MW : 60.75kD. Recombinant Human Vasorin is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Cys24-Pro575 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Vasorin is a Type I membrane protein, which is predominantly expressed in vascular smooth muscle cells in a developmentally regulated pattern. The expression level of Vasorin can be down regulated during vessel repair after arterial injury. Vasorin binds to transforming growth factor beta (TGF- beta) and attenuates TGF- beta signaling in vitro.

    Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
