- Overview
  - TADA3 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 455 amino acids (1-432) and having a molecular mass of 51.3 kDa. TADA3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Transcriptional adapter 3 (TATD3) is a subunit of 2 histone acetyltransferase complexes, which functions as a component of the PCAF complex. TATD3 is a transcriptional activator adaptor that is also associates with the tumor suppressor protein p53 and is essential for full activity of p53 and p53-mediated apoptosis.

    Storage
    
    Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
