NAP1L1 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 408 amino acids (1-388 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 47.2kDa. NAP1L1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. NAP1L1 is a member of the nucleosome assembly protein (NAP) family. NAP1L1 protein plays a part in DNA replication, modulating chromatin formation and regulation of cell proliferation.
