  - MW : 48.92kD. Recombinant Human Nucleolar Protein 3 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Ser208 is expressed with a GST tag at the N-terminus. Nucleolar Protein 3 is encoded by NOL3 gene; multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. So far, Nucleolar protein 3 has show to have two Isoforms. Isoform 1 may be involved in RNA splicing. Isoform 2 may inhibit apoptosis. It has been shown to down-regulate the enzyme activities of caspase 2, caspase 8 and tumor protein p53.

  - Application Description
    
    Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
