MW : 52.8kD. Recombinant human Interleukin-7 receptor alpha is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Glu21-Gly236 is expressed with a Fc, 6His tag at the C-terminus. Interleukin 7 Receptor alpha (IL-7Ra), also known as CD127, is a 75 kDa hematopoietin receptor superfamily member that plays an important role in lymphocyte differentiation, proliferation, and survival. IL-7Ra is majorly expressed on T cells and their precursors, and early in B cell development as well, prior to the appearance of surface IgM. Dynamic regulation of IL-7Ra is important for the generation of appropriate immune responses.
