      • Overview
        • MW : 15.5kD. Recombinant Human Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Ala18-Glu144 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor is also known as Colony-stimulating factor,CSF, Molgramostin and Sargramostim. In humans, it is encoded by the CSF2 gene. It belongs to the GM-CSF family. Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor is a cytokine that stimulates the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells from various lineages, including granulocytes, macrophages, eosinophils and erythrocytes.

      • Applications
        • Application Description
Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
