NEK7 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 326 amino acids (1-302 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 37kDa. NEK7 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. NEK7, protein kinase, has a vital role in mitotic cell cycle progression. It is essential for microtubule nucleation activity of the centrosome, robust mitotic spindle formation and cytokinesis. NEK7 is greatly expressed in lung, muscle, testis, brain, heart, liver, leukocyte and spleen.
