TTDN1 (TTD non-photosensitive 1 protein), also known as C7orf11, ABHS or ORF20 localizes to the nucleus and shares 92% amino acid identity with its mouse counterpart. Mutations in this gene result in nonphotosensitive trichothiodystrophy.
