          The enzyme is dissolved in 50 mM Tris/HCl, pH 7.0, 300 mM NaCl, 5 mM CaCl2, 1 μM ZnCl2, 0.05% NaN3, 0.05% Brij 35.
          Storage
          MMP 1 is stable until the expiry date given on the label if stored at -70 °C. The enzyme can be kept at -20 °C for several weeks. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.
