LTBR is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Lymphotoxin Beta Receptor, also known as LTBRtakes part in signaling during the development of lymphoid and other organs,lipid metabolism, immune response, and programmed cell death. In addition, the activityof this receptor has been associated to carcinogenesis. Alternatively splicedtranscript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for LTBR.
