USP <60> describes tests to aid in detecting members of the Bcc group in non-sterile products. HardyCHROM™ Bcc is a chromogenic agar for selective isolation and differentiation of Burkholderia cepacia and 28 other Bcc strains, including B. cenocepacia and B. multivorans.
