  - AQuora® 800-labeled Goat anti-Chicken IgY (H&L) adsorbed to mouse, rabbit, human, bovine and horse IgG is useful in the fluorescent-based immunodetection applications. The adsorption profile (mouse, rabbit, human, bovine, horse) makes this product suitable for multiplexing in immunofluorescent applications, fluorescent immunostaining of mouse and human tissues, and applications using either bovine or horse serum in medias or buffers. The Goat anti-Chicken IgY antibody has been covalently labeled with near IR fluorochrome utilizing our exclusive SuperHydrophilic technology, resulting in improved solubility, limited non-specific binding, and improved signal-to-noise ratios compared to the classical near IR dye labeled antibodies (Alexa Fluor® 790, DyLight® 800, DyLilght® 800 4x PEG, IRDye® 800CW), while maintaining identical photophysical properties. This AQuora® 800-labeled Goat anti-Chicken IgY is useful in fluorescent western blots and flow cytometry.
