  - AQuora® 650-labeled Goat anti-Chicken IgY (H&L) adsorbed to mouse, rabbit, human, bovine and horse IgGs is useful in fluorescent immunodetection applications. The adsorption profile (murine, rabbit, human, bovine, horse) makes this product suitable for multiplexing in immunofluorescent applications, fluorescent immunostaining of murine and human tissues, and applications using either bovine or horse serum in medias or buffers. The Goat anti-Chicken antibody has been covalently labeled with a cyanine based dye utilizing our exclusive SuperHydrophilic technology, designed to improve solubility and reduce non-specific binding, while maintaining photophysical properties of spectrally comparable dyes (Alexa Fluor® 647, Cy5, DyLight® 650, and DyLight® 4x PEG). This AQuora® 650-labeled Goat anti-Chicken IgY (H&L) is suitable for use in the classic range of applications including immunostaining (IF-frozen; IF-paraffin; IF-ICC), fluorescent western blots, and flow cytometry.
