FuniCut® PspGI Restriction Endonuclease (PspGI Restriction Endonuclease Cutting Site ↑CCWGG)

FuniCut™ series endonucleases are fast restriction endonucleases that can accurately complete DNA cleavage within 5 to 15 minutes through genetic engineering recombination technology. FuniCut™ series fast endonucleases share a common enzyme cleavage buffer, thereby simplifying the enzyme cleavage reaction system. In addition, they have good enzyme activity redundancy and can easily handle enzyme cleavage of excessive substrate or difficult templates.

Recommended reaction conditions: 1×FuniCut™ buffer; optimal incubation at 75°C
Enzyme activity: 10 U/μL
Inactivation conditions: Cannot be heat inactivated, use phenol chloroform extraction or column purification
