CD3/CD4 reagent allows helper/inducer T lymphocytes to be identified and enumerated separately from contaminating CD3 - CD4 + monocytes. Helper/inducer T-lymphocyte (CD3 + CD4 +) percentages may be used to characterize and monitor some forms of immunodeficies. For identification of mature human activated T (CD3+/CD4+) lymphocytes.
