EXOSC7 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 314 amino acids (1-291 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 34.2kDa. EXOSC7 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. EXOSC7, a component of the RNA exosome complex, is a member of the RNase PH family. EXOSC7 takes part is several pathways such as transfer to a nascent protein and Unfolded Protein Response and Biosynthesis of the N-glycan precursor (dolichol lipid-linked oligosaccharide, LLO). A significant paralog of this gene is EXOSC9.
