ELP4 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 447 amino acids (1-424 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 49kDa. ELP4 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Elongator Acetyltransferase Complex Subunit 4, also known as ELP4 is a protein coding gene which is a subunit of the RNA polymerase II elongator complex.
