EconoSpin® Plasmid Plus Giga Spin Column is compatible with Qiagen Plasmid Plus Giga Kit, Cat. No. 12991. The total binding capacity of Plasmid Plus Giga column is 10 mg of plasmid DNA. It fits into a regular 50ml centrifuge tube for elution. Note: This column is not to be used with buffers containing guanidine.
