DUSP22 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 207 amino acids (1-184 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.3kDa. DUSP22 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Dual Specificity Phosphatase 22, also known as DUSP22, is a part of the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family which holds 1 tyrosine-protein phosphatase domain. DUSP22 activates the Jnk signaling pathway and dephosphorylates and deactivates p38 and stress-activated protein kinase/c-Jun N-terminal kinase (SAPK/JNK). DUSP22 interacts with MAPK1 and MAPK8.
