Use the FRET (Förster resonance energy transfer) technology for your dual label probes (double-dye oligonucleotides) in combination with Taq polymerase and 5' fluorescence reporters and 3' quenchers. An increase in reporter fluorescence can be measured during degradation of the dual label probes (hydrolysis probes).
