      • Overview
        • DCAF7 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 298 amino acids (19-295 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 33.6kDa. DCAF7 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. DDB1-and CUL4-associated factor (DCAF7) is involved in craniofacial development. The DCAF7 protein acts upstream of the EDN1 pathway and is essential for formation of the upper jaw equivalent, the palatoquadrate. The activity necessary for the EDN1 pathway function varies between the first and second arches. DCAF7 associates with DIAPH1 and controls GLI1 transcriptional activity. DCAF7 may be involved in normal and diseased skin development.
