      • Overview
        • CD5L Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain (a.a 20-347) containing 337 amino acids including a 9 a.a N-terminal His tag. The total molecular mass is 37.2kDa (calculated). CD5 antigen-like (CD5L) participates in the regulation of the immune system. CD5L functions as an inhibitor of apoptosis. CD5L is expressed in the spleen, lymph node, thymus and bone marrow.
