Antigen Distribution: Anti-Human CD19 recognizes a (Mr 90 kDa) B-cell surface glycoprotein which is present at all stages of maturation. Anti-CD19 does not react with T-cells, granulocytes, monocytes, erythrocytes or platelets. The CD19 antigen is expressed on approximately 5-25% of human peripheral blood lymphocytes and approximately 60% of splenic lymphocytes.

Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
