Ready-mixed powder buffers– convenient, time-saving and of consistent quality. All buffers are made with high-purity reagents and are strictly quality controlled. The powder buffers require a simple dilution with 1 L deionized water before use (reduces the risks of transportation).
Atlas TAE (Tris-Acetate-EDTA) buffer is commonly used buffer for routine DNA or RNA gel electrophoresis. TAE buffer is recommended for separation of longer nucleic acid fragments (1500 bp and longer) and it is suitable for preparative gels for recovery of nucleic acids.Please contact us at for specific academic pricing.
