APRIL Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 159 amino acids (105-247) and having a molecular mass of 17.6kDa. APRIL is fused to a 16 amino acid T7-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. APRIL which is a part of the TNF ligand superfamily (TNFSF13) is a type II transmembrane protein.
