Antigen Distribution: Clone 33D1 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse dendritic cell (DC), specific surface marker, and DCIR2. DCIR2 has been reported on a variety of dendritic cell subpopulations from mouse thymus, spleen, lymph node, and Peyer's patch. Bone marrow dendritic cells require GM-CSF to express DCIR2, and this expression is downregulated in the presence of IL-4. DCIR2 has been detected in vivo in brain dendritic cells post infection with Toxoplasma gondii.
Specificity: Anti-Dendritic Cells In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (33D1) recognizes Mouse Dendritic Cells
Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Isotype Control: Rat IgG2b In Vivo Isotype Control - Low Endotoxin [1-2] (ICH2243)
Endotoxin: ≤ 1.0 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method
Aggregation: Aggregation level ≤ 5%Please contact us at for specific academic pricing.
Background
