        • Protein A-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody against human interstitial collagenase (MMP1). The polyclonal antibody was raised against interstitial collagenase (MMP1) isolated from human synovial fibroblast culture medium. The IgG fraction was purified from rabbit serum by affinity chromatography.
          Specificity: Anti-MMP-1 antibody reacts with interstitial collagenase from human and marmoset origin. It exhibits moderate cross reactivity with human MMP 3 and MMP 8 50mM Tris-HCl pH 7.4, 100 mM glycine or in PBS.
