        • Protein G-purified rabbit anti-human ADAMTS5 polyclonal. The IgG fraction was purified by affinity chromatography. The polyclonal antibody was raised against an ADAMTS5-peptide derived from the hinge region between ADAMTS5 disintegrin- and thrombospondin-like domains. For immunization a peptide-KLH-conjugate was used.

          • Western-Blotting with ECL-Detection
          An antibody dilution of 1/1000 is recommended to detect 5 ng of ADAMTS.

          Suggested dilution range: 1:2000 – 1:4000
