DASEA™ UltraMedia® T Cell Serum-Free Medium is a specialized serum-free culture medium designed for high-efficiency expansion and culture of T cells in vitro. This medium contains no animal-derived components or heterologous growth factors, effectively avoiding batch-to-batch variations caused by serum and improving experimental reproducibility. This product supports T cell stimulation and activation mediated by Anti-CD3 and IL-2, as well as high density serum-free expansion culture. However, the addition of heat-inactivated autologous plasma can significantly improve cell status and increase cell proliferation rate.
