- Overview
  - Antimycin A is an electron transport inhibitor in mitochondria. Antimycin A has application in cancer research and treatment since it inhibits the growth of human pulmonary adenocarcinoma cells by inducing cell cycle arrest and triggering apoptosis. Antimycin A also inhibits autophagy by inhibiting mETC complex III.
