SepSphere™ Peptide Immobilization Kit via Maleimide

This personalized peptide immobilization kit is designed to work with thiol containing peptide. If your peptide does not have a free thiol for immobilization, you can order a peptide with a Cys placed either at C-termini or N-termini. This kit provides agarose beads derivatized with maleimide functional groups (5-20 μmol maleimide per mL of resin). Using the kit components, customers can immobilize their thiol containing peptide onto SepSphere™ agarose beads in one step following the standard protocol.

Does not contain any other reducing reagent such as DTT and mercaptoethanol
