OptiResc - Protein Aggregate Solubilization Kit

The OptiResc kit is designed to resolubilize aggregated protein or peptide. This visual inspection based assay includes 3 96-well mixing plates for experimentation. The results are evaluated using a stereo dissecting microscope (not included) to determine dissolution of your aggregates. This kit includes formulations and three mixing plates for evaluation. This OptiResc kit uses the same reagents as OptiSol and includes excipients and concentrations that are not on the list of additives in FDA approved pharmaceuticals.
