OPRK1 Adenovirus (Ready-to-package) C-terminus V5 epitope tag

Amerigo Scientific provides Adeno-Ready™ open reading frames (ORFs) including more than 37,430 sequence validated human ORFs that are pre-cloned into Ad·MAX™ adenovirus production system and ready to package into adenoviruses. Most Adeno-Ready™ ORFs contain closure end (no fusion tag), or fusion end with V5 epitope tag or 6xHN tag. Based on Adeno-Ready™ ORFs, we provide ready-to-package adenoviruses in a fast and cost-effective way.
The purified adenovirus products (1E+10 to 1E+11 PFU/ml) are available with a standard turnaround time of several weeks. Any dividing or non-dividing mammalian cells can be efficiently transduced using our adenovirus vectors.

The default promoter of our adenoviruses is CMV with a standard size of 0.2 ml. Larger packaged adenovirus vectors with different promoters (CAG, U6, H1, UBC or Synapsin), and reporters (GFP, mRFP, Luc, LacZ, etc.) can be customized.
