AAV7m8-GFP is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype 7m8 (with capsid from AAV serotype 7m8 and 2xITR from AAV serotype 2) which over-expresses EGFP under theCMV promoter. Ready to use format. AAV serotype 7m8 was derived from serotype 2 and was proved to a powerful viral vector for inner ear gene therapy.
