AAV8-HBV1.2 is a pre-packaged rAAV in serotype 8 (with capsid from AAV serotype 8 and 2xITR from AAV serotype 2) for the over-expression of the classic genotype D serotype ayw hepatitis B genome which bears a 20% repeat for better transduction efficiency. With the persistent transgene expression of rAAV vector, the pre-made AAV8-HBV1.2 will be used as a perfect tool to make a HBV animal model. Ready to use format.
