- Serine298/Serine301 (S298/S301) is a major phosphorylation site of the mouse GPR35 receptor. The pS298/pS301-mGPR35 antibody detects phosphorylation in response to high-efficacy agonists. S298/S301 phosphorylation is a key regulator of mouse GPR35 desensitization, β-arrestin recruitment and internalization.
