MGIEasy Exome FS Library Prep Set

MGIEasy Exome FS Library Prep Set V2.0 aims to prepare libraries with human gDNA. DNA is fragmented by enzyme digestion, followed by the steps of adaptor ligation at both ends and PCR amplification. The amplified PCR product can be used for exome capture with MGIEasy Exome Capture V4/V5 Probe Set or other commercialized probes.

The constructed libraries are compatible with probes from Agilent, Nimblegen, IDT, and etc.

The DNA input can be as low as 200ng, with human gDNA input 50-400ng.

Multiple steps can be finished with the automation systems MGISP-100, such as steps from fragmented DNA to pre-PCR, as well as post-capture elution to post-PCR.
