Antibiotics, combined with good sterile technique, help to prevent microbiological contamination against Gram negative, Gram-positive bacteria and mycoplasma. Gentamicin Sulphate is a broad spectrum bactericidal with activity against gram negative and gram positive organisms including Pseudomonas. It is stable over a wide range of pH and temperature and can be autoclaved. It’s normal appearance may range from nearly colourless to amber or yellow.
